My dad Tom Litwicki worked for the Beachwalk Property Owners Association as a groundskeeper/handyman from 2017 until his passing in 2021. I’ve followed in his footsteps starting in 2019 with the BPOA and I still work here today.
I understand how important the unique Beachwalk look is to homeowners and I’m very familiar with Beachwalk’s architecture and design regulations.
I’ve been working in construction my entire adult life from building muti-story buildings to plumbing and electrical work. In Beachwalk I've fixed screens, power washed, built fences, repaired decks, painted houses, installed appliances, remodeled rooms, done landscaping and more.
